We are seeking a energetic and motivated Sales Telecaller to join our growing team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, explaining products/services, and converting inquiries into successful sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call potential customers from the provided database and introduce our products/services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures and updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
