Job Overview

A Chemist in the R&D; department is integral to driving innovation through meticulous experimentation and data analysis. Their

expertise in synthesis and organic chemistry supports the development of recent products and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate all R&D; activities.
- Keep accurate records of all work carried out, ensuring proper documentation.
- Exhibit an innovative approach to achieving project goals.
- Take inputs from team members and follow instructions diligently.
- Perform experiments meticulously as planned.
- Gather proper data on custom synthesis, analytical developments, impurity profile, etc.
- Ensure that a quality system is established, implemented, and maintained according to ISO 9001 standards.
- Maintain information security management system as per ISO 27001 standards.




- Follow all Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies.
- Suggest patent protection when necessary.

Qualifications

- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry/ B.Sc. (Chemistry), M.Sc. (Industrial Chemistry).

Skills

- Proficient in Synthesis Chemistry.
- Strong understanding of Organic Chemistry
- Knowledgeable in Molecular Calculation and Quality Testing.
- Ability to perform experiments meticulously.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with the Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) Team.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
