Job Description – Head of Department (Electronics & Communication Engineering)

Position:

- HOD (ECE) - 01

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the academic and administrative activities of the ECE Department.
- Ensure effective curriculum planning, teaching, examinations, and academic quality.
- Guide and mentor faculty members while promoting research, innovation, and consultancy.
- Coordinate laboratories, student projects, internships, placements, and industry collaborations.
- Ensure compliance with AICTE, UGC, university, NBA, and NAAC requirements.
- Oversee departmental planning, budgeting, infrastructure, and accreditation activities.
- Support admissions, student development, and other institutional initiatives.

Qualifications:

- B.TECH (ECE) + M.TECH (ECE) + Ph.D. in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Experience as per AICTE/UGC norms.
- Solid academic, administrative, and leadership skills.
