Job Description:
Shreejikrupa.co.in is hiring a Structural Engineer for government building construction projects across Chhattisgarh and Odisha. The candidate will be responsible for structural design review, site coordination, quality compliance, and ensuring structural stability and safety as per project specifications and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and verify structural drawings, designs, and calculations
- Ensure execution of structural works as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, project managers, and site teams
- Conduct site inspections and monitor structural quality standards
- Verify reinforcement, shuttering, concrete, and other structural activities
- Ensure compliance with IS codes, project specifications, and safety requirements




- Resolve structural issues and provide technical guidance to site teams
- Prepare structural reports, documentation, and progress updates

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred)
- 7–10 years of experience in structural engineering for construction projects
- Mandatory: Experience in Government Building Construction Projects
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, structural analysis, and design principles
- Proficiency in structural design software and AutoCAD
- Sound understanding of IS Codes, quality standards, and construction methodologies
- Solid technical, analytical, and coordination skills

Work Location: On-site (Chhattisgarh & Odisha)
