Job Title: HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Summary

We are looking for a versatile HR Generalist who also excels in talent acquisition. This role will support core HR operations while leading end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring the organisation attracts, hires, and retains top talent. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing employee lifecycle support with hiring strategy, sourcing, screening, onboarding, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and joining formalities.

Partner with senior management to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and improve the quality of hires.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Coordinate onboarding and current-hire documentation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Support HR generalist functions, including employee records, policy administration, employee queries, and compliance support.

Assist with employee engagement,



internal communications, and other HR operational tasks as needed.

Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and conversion rates to improve hiring efficiency.

Required Qualifications

MBA in HR specialization

3–5 years of experience in HR generalist and/or talent acquisition roles.

Strong knowledge of sourcing methods, interview coordination, and recruitment best practices.

Good understanding of HR processes, employee onboarding, and HRIS systems.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements at once.

Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
