Role Overview

Looking for a dynamic Civil Intern to handle site supervision and field operations for civil repairs. This role involves both on-site execution and actively hitting the field to source skilled manpower to complete maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Labor Sourcing: Go into the field to find, negotiate with, and hire skilled labor (masons, painters, plumbers, tilers) for assigned tasks.
- Store Manager Coordination: Directly coordinate with Store Managers to understand maintenance complaints and execute them promptly.
- Site Supervision: Oversee the hired labor on-site to ensure work quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Reporting: Maintain daily progress logs and track labor payments/expenses.

Requirements

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management,



or someone with strong practical field experience.
- Skills: Resourcefulness in sourcing labor, strong negotiation skills, and explicit communication.
- Logistics: Must be comfortable with regular field travel and working flexible hours (as some retail maintenance happens post-store hours).
- Own Vehicle is compulsory

Perks & Compensation

- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month.
- Travel Allowance: Actual travel expenses covered for field operations.
- Certification: Internship Certificate and Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
