Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management

- Maintain desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and networking equipment
- Ensure proper functioning of network, internet, security systems, and surveillance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software

System Compliance & Security

- Maintain system access control and data security
- Ensure proper system usage and monitoring
- Support system validation and upgrades

Instrument Software Support

- Support software connected to lab instruments
- Ensure proper data handling and system performance
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance

Data Backup & Security

- Perform regular data backups and restoration checks
- Maintain backup records
- Implement security measures to protect data

Documentation & Audits

- Maintain IT documentation, policies, and logs
- Support internal and external audits
- Address observations and implement corrective actions

User Support & Training

- Provide IT support across departments
- Install and configure systems and applications
- Train users on systems and best practices

Change & Incident Management

- Support system changes and upgrades




- Handle incidents and ensure resolution

Vendor Coordination

- Work with external vendors for IT services and maintenance
- Ensure system uptime and timely support

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field

Experience:

- 2–4 years of relevant IT experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment preferred

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and lab software preferred
- Valuable documentation and communication skills

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
