About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Recipe Typist to accurately document, format, and maintain recipes for our culinary courses, production, and digital content. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, strong command of written English, and an understanding of culinary terminology. This role requires precision, consistency, and the ability to convert handwritten notes, chef demonstrations, and verbal instructions into skilled recipe documents.

Key Responsibilities

- Type and format recipes from handwritten notes, printed documents, audio recordings, or chef demonstrations.
- Standardize recipes using the company's prescribed format.
- Ensure accuracy in ingredients, measurements, cooking methods, timings, temperatures, and yields.
- Proofread recipes for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting consistency.
- Coordinate with chefs to verify recipe details and clarify discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain a digital recipe database for easy access and version control.
- Convert recipes into training manuals, recipe booklets, and course materials.




- Update existing recipes whenever modifications are made by the culinary team.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary recipes and company intellectual property.
- Assist in preparing recipe documentation for workshops, classes, marketing, and publications.
- Ensure all recipe documents are completed within assigned timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong written English and grammar skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and formatting consistency.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Diploma or a degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in recipe documentation, content writing, or publishing. (preferred)

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
