Hiring: Procurement Executive – Solar Projects

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team and support procurement activities for utility-scale solar power projects.

Location: Barmer, Rajasthan

Experience: 2–6 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for solar EPC projects
✔ Manage procurement of modules, inverters, structures, cables, BOS materials, and site consumables
✔ Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders with vendors
✔ Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
✔ Compare vendor quotations and conduct techno-commercial evaluations
✔ Track material deliveries and coordinate logistics to project sites
✔ Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials
✔ Coordinate with project, engineering, stores, and finance teams for procurement planning
✔ Ensure procurement activities comply with project budgets and timelines
✔ Prepare procurement reports, vendor databases, and MIS reports

Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commerce,



or related field
✅ Experience in procurement for Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Construction, or Infrastructure projects preferred
✅ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
✅ Knowledge of solar project materials and supply chains
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP Systems, and procurement software
✅ Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Experience:

Procurement of Solar Modules, Inverters, MMS/Structures, DC & AC Cables, SCB/LT Panels, Transformers, and other Solar BOS Components
Vendor Development and Cost Optimization
Experience handling utility-scale solar projects
