We’re Hiring: Treasury Lead - Interim / Time-bound Consultant (Maternity Cover)

Location: Gurgaon

Duration: 6–12 Months

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Lead–level consultant to join on a time-bound assignment to provide maternity cover and ensure seamless continuity of treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and daily cash positioning
- Ensure availability of funds for operational and capital requirements
- Support short- and long-term liquidity planning
- Manage banking relationships and borrowing requirements
- Monitor compliance with loan agreements and support regulatory reporting
- Handle FX and interest rate exposure management, including hedging activities
- Review treasury policies, controls, and operational procedures




- Partner with FP&A; and business teams to optimize working capital
- Oversee electronic cash receipts/disbursement processes and billing accuracy
- Provide interim leadership and operational continuity during the coverage period

Candidate Profile:

✔ MBA or equivalent advanced qualification in Finance

✔ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Treasury Lead in a mid-sized organization

✔ Robust hands-on treasury operations experience (not advisory-only)

✔ Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
