We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Marketing Field Executive to join our team in Naraina, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our packaging and printing products, generating current business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role requires regular field visits, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing customers within the assigned territory.
- Promote the company's packaging, printing, and customized branding solutions.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for quotations and order processing.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback on competitor activities and industry trends.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update sales activities accurately.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and promotional activities.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Field Marketing,
Field Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in field marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Must know how to ride a scooty or motorcycle.
- Possession of a valid driving license will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Candidates residing near Naraina, New Delhi will be preferred.
