About the Role:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is a proactive and target-driven professional responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s customer base. The role involves identifying current business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, developing effective sales strategies, and closing profitable deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Opportunity Identification:

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
- Use professional networking and digital platforms to generate and qualify leads.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored business solutions.

3. Sales Strategy Development:





- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and market expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business growth initiatives.

4. Sales Execution:

- Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure.
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree. And 12th passout also can apply
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales Inside Sales .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
