Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, Node.js, Angular.
- Strong understanding of both frontend and backend development processes, including API design and integration.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and services to build scalable and resilient applications.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
