Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure timely statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

· Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.

· Prepare and maintain invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.

· Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

· Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.

· Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

· Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.

· Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.

· Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and internal departments as required.





· Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

· Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

· Good knowledge of Accounting Principles.

· Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas).

· Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Bank Reconciliation.

· Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualification

· Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

Experience

· 2–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.

Preferred Candidate

· Experience in the Healthcare/Hospital industry will be preferred.

· Immediate joiners are preferred.
