SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products and work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
- Develop a broad range of user and developer documents, including online help, SDK/API docs, training collateral, release notes, UI content, knowledge base, FAQs, and wiki-based docs, through the documentation lifecycle.
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Writes various technical documents requirements, specifications, test plans, development life cycle and user manuals.
- Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA).
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
- Ability to develop current technical information into documents and online help.




- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Communicates effectively with team members and management.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have 4+Years of experience in relevant field.
- Must have experience in document writing using UML/other modelling techniques.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in order to explain complex ideas and tasks to various department.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio Qualifications and other presentation tools.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
- Good understanding on Software Lifecycle Models.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
