Minimum 5 years experience required in the Steel Foundry Fettling Department.
Any degree Qualification sufficient.
Solid leadership team management and communication skills.
Plan, organise, and achieve monthly fettling target.
Work and meet the daily and weekly plan commitment.
Ensure castings meet visual and dimensional requirements before despatch.
Reduce the Fettling lead time and improve overall productivity
Monoitor and improve fettling manpower effeciency.
Experience in handling carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel casting welding.
Pay: ₹42,000.00 per month
