Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market and a strong understanding of IT technologies and staffing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions in the US market.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

- 1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Experience working with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder,



Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, or MSP/VMS requirements.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
