- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of data platform initiatives with overall enterprise architecture.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of data platform components.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize data platform performance and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Strong knowledge of distributed computing frameworks and cloud-based data processing.
- Experience with data integration techniques and tools to facilitate seamless data flow across systems.
- Ability to design and implement scalable data pipelines and workflows.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Competence in troubleshooting complex data platform issues and providing effective resolutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
