- Prepare sales reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Role: Floor Manager
Industry: Jewellery Retail

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily floor operations and customer interactions.
- Support the sales team in achieving individual and store targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and product presentation.
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and sales conversions.
- Coordinate with Store Manager on team performance and store activities.
