Job Type: Full-time / TraineeJob SummaryAs an Electronics Production Trainee, you will receive hands-on training in the assembly, testing, and quality control of advanced power-electronics. You will work closely with senior engineers to understand the production lifecycle of sustainable energy solutions, ensuring all products meet the company’s high-performance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assembly & Integration: Assist in assembling electronic components and integrating modules into household or industrial applications.
- Quality Control: Conduct basic quality checks and testing of electronic circuits to ensure they align with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Troubleshooting: Learn to diagnose and resolve technical issues in electronic systems under the guidance of senior staff.




- Maintenance Support: Help perform preventive maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Adherence to Standards: Ensure all work follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and established safety protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production metrics and performance logs for review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electronic principles, circuit design, and components like PCBs.
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to producing high-quality work with a focus on precision assembly.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
