Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Supervise fabrication, busbar assembly, sheet metal, and busduct manufacturing processes.
- Ensure product quality as per engineering drawings and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with Design, Quality, Purchase, and Stores departments for smooth production flow.
- Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and material availability.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Maintain daily production reports and production documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Support final inspection, testing, packing, and dispatch activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with 1–5 years of experience are welcome to apply.




- Freshers with a strong interest in manufacturing and production are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Busduct, Electrical Panel, Sheet Metal, Fabrication, or Heavy Engineering industries will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of production processes, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
