Hotel Chenthur Park is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B; Captains and Stewards to join our team. If you are passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest service, we'd love to meet you.

Positions Available

- F&B; Captain
- Steward

Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experienced candidates are preferred for the F&B; Captain role.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

F&B; Captain

- Supervise and coordinate restaurant service operations.
- Lead and guide the stewarding/service team during shifts.
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.

Steward

- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages as per hotel standards.
- Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized.




- Ensure proper table setup before and after service.
- Follow hygiene and safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for customer service and hospitality.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Well-groomed, energetic, and team-oriented.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
