- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for all vehicles.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanics, technicians, and support staff.
- Monitor vehicle performance and arrange timely repairs to reduce breakdowns and extend service life.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, including emissions standards, licensing, and safety inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle service history, parts inventory, fuel usage, and maintenance costs.
- Work closely with procurement to source and order necessary parts and equipment.
- Analyze maintenance data and provide reports on vehicle reliability, downtime, and expenses.
- Manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers and vendors.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure a clean and secure workshop environment.
- Train and develop maintenance staff in technical skills and safety procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
