About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Site Engineer to assist in the execution and supervision of construction activities at our IIT Bhubaneswar project. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Site Engineer and Project Manager to ensure quality construction, adherence to project schedules, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise labour, subcontractors, and ongoing construction activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Verify levels, alignments, dimensions, and quality of work executed.
- Coordinate with the Planning, QA/QC, Billing, and Stores teams.
- Maintain daily progress reports, labour records, and site documentation.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, machinery, and manpower.
- Report site issues, delays, and technical concerns to the Senior Engineer.




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Support quantity measurements and preparation of work progress reports.
- Attend site meetings and implement instructions from the Project Manager.

Qualification :

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in building construction are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills :

- Basic knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing, and structural works.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, or industrial building projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,386.78 - ₹20,000.00 per month
