Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will prepare accurate technical drawings, construction plans, and layouts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The CAD Designer will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software.
- Develop architectural, structural, and site layout drawings for real estate projects.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and industry standards.
- Create floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Maintain organized project documentation and drawing records.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve design and drafting issues.
- Assist in preparing presentation drawings and design documentation.
- Support project planning and execution by providing accurate technical drawings.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned drafting tasks.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a CAD Designer,



preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling software is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural and construction drawings.
- Positive knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering specifications.
- Basic understanding of quantity estimation and construction processes.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
