King Interior is looking for a Telecaller to handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and schedule appointments for our interior design services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Explain company services and offerings to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments and site visits.
- Maintain customer databases and call records.
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Valuable interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Strong persuasion and follow-up abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional approach.

Qualification

- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
