Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Airlines Ticketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in domestic and international air ticketing. The candidate should be proficient in reservation systems, capable of handling end-to-end ticketing operations, and possess excellent coordination skills with airlines to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

Role & responsibilities

- Minimum 2 years of experience in domestic and international flight ticketing
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus for flight reservations, bookings, reissuance, cancellations, and fare calculations
- Sound knowledge of air ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and itinerary management
- Coordinate effectively with airlines for bookings, schedule changes, fare queries, waivers, and travel-related requirements




- Ensure timely and accurate processing of ticketing requests while maintaining high service standards
- Handle flight reservations as per client requirements, ensuring cost-effective and suitable travel options
- Maintain accurate booking records and ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures
- Resolve ticketing-related issues and provide prompt support to internal teams and clients
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings within tight timelines

Candidates with experience in the Travel & Tourism / Corporate Travel / MICE industry will have an added advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
