We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical person to manage stock control, reporting, audits, and software-based process improvement across our furnishing retail business. The person will play a key role in reducing stock losses, improving profitability, monitoring branch performance, and ensuring accurate billing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage stock audits and ensure physical stock matches software records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales, profitability, and stock movement.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and supplier balances.
- Audit work orders, estimates, and final bills for accuracy and revenue leakage.
- Track margins, discounts, and pricing accuracy across invoices.
- Maintain and improve inventory data, SKU masters,



and software records in Zoho/Tally.
- Generate branch-wise and category-wise performance reports.
- Identify process gaps and help improve business workflows and reporting systems.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel
- Experience with Zoho Books / Tally
- Good understanding of inventory management
- Robust analytical skills
- Good at preparing reports and finding errors
- Attention to detail
- Basic accounting knowledge

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
