Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Telecaller – Business Development to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and schedule meetings for the Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's IT services.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM/Excel regularly.




- Understand client requirements and share relevant business opportunities with the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of IT services is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools/MS Excel is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a quick-paced environment.
