About the Role

SISYA CLASS is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Eligibility

- MBA (HR) Graduate or Final Year Student
- BBA Graduate or Final Year Student
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Passion for Human Resources and Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidate profiles from job portals and social media platforms
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives




- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates
