Job Description:

1. Process the billing data of Customers & Vendors and verify it with MIS and forward it to Accounts Team.
2. ⁠Handling External & Internal Customer Escalations, Preparing Service Level Performance of Respective Clients.
3. Handle monthly business reports, including generating P&L; reports and facilitating review meetings with senior management.
4. Prepare service level performance reports for respective clients.
5. Solve customer queries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner.
