Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React/Angular, along with hands-on experience in cloud technologies, CI/CD, and leading development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of developers and drive end-to-end application development.
- Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js or Angular.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs and ensure high application performance.
- Optimize PostgreSQL databases, PL/pgSQL procedures, and application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and enforce coding best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure secure, scalable,



and maintainable application architecture.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
