Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify, or other e-commerce marketplaces and possess strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings, cataloguing, and content updates on e-commerce platforms.
- Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Process and track online orders, returns, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and logistics partners.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Update pricing, inventory, and product information regularly.
- Ensure listing quality and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
- Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to improve sales.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing,



or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and product content optimization.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing.
