Zovi E-Motors is looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain our electric vehicle products and services, generate leads, schedule showroom visits or test rides, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally. Explain Zovi E-Motors' electric vehicles, features, pricing, and offers. Generate qualified leads and schedule showroom visits or test rides. Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets. Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience. Build long-term relationships through timely follow-ups. Required Skills Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (regional language is an advantage).



Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency. Ability to handle customer objections professionally. Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred. 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or BPO. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. Preferred Qualities Interest in electric vehicles and sustainable mobility. Self-motivated and eager to learn.
