We are hiring Decor Event Executives for our wedding decor and event management company.
This is a dynamic role where you'll be involved in different aspects of event planning, coordination, production and execution. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning, takes responsibility and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Attend client and venue meetings
- Visit event sites and take measurements
- Assist in planning and coordinating wedding decor
- Help prepare presentations and design references
- Coordinate with vendors and production teams
- Manage event materials and warehouse stock when required
- Supervise event setup and dismantling
- Ensure smooth execution at event venues
- Maintain reports and project updates
- Handle multiple tasks as per business requirements
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma (any stream)
- Valuable communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & MS Word)
- Willing to travel for site visits and events
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work during weekends and late nights in wedding season
Preferred
- Experience in Events / Interior / Architecture / Hospitality is a plus
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Two-wheeler preferred
