· Approaching the Target Group – GiG workder, Drivers, Tractor owner, and Farmers to conduct the Financial Literacy training sessions, Enrolling on DigiLocker App and government schemes
· Lead a team of 4-5 manpower and ensure the key deliverables expected from the team at location
· Ensure target outreach numbers are met in the assigned location
· Build rapport with local community members, stakeholders, and institutions.
· Track and document daily and weekly progress of activities.
· Maintain attendance sheets, session reports, and other required documentation.
· Prepare the weekly- monthly reports of beneficiary’s data and capture the training feedback, Case studies and Testimonials.
· Submit timely updates and reports to the project manager and central project team.
· Ensure that the quality of training and mobilization efforts meet project standards.
· Manage logistics for sessions and monitoring expenses as per budget, such as training material distribution, venue setup, refreshments arrangements etc.
· Coordinate with trainers and mobilizers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Commerce/Economics Education, Management, or a related field (preferred).
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in grassroots project implementation or team supervision.
· Open to travel and relocate at the project location
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes.
· Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English and MS Office.
Preferred Attributes:
· Experience in financial literacy or educational programs.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Adaptable, adaptive, and culturally sensitive.
Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
