Job Summary

We are looking for a highly polished, confident and guest-focused Guest Relationship Executive to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests and clients.

Candidates with experience as Cabin Crew, Air Hostess, Flight Attendant, Luxury Hotel Guest Relations Executive or Premium Front Office Executive will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should have an impressive professional presence, excellent communication skills, solid etiquette and the ability to confidently interact with high-profile guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle guest enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and personal interaction.
- Understand guest requirements and provide information about services, facilities, memberships and events.
- Manage appointments, reservations, guest visits and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with guests and members.
- Handle guest concerns calmly and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist during premium events, celebrations and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate guest records, feedback and daily reports.
- Follow high standards of grooming, hospitality etiquette and professional conduct.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in cabin crew,



aviation, luxury hospitality or guest relations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of Marathi or other languages will be an advantage.
- Polished, confident, well-groomed and presentable personality.
- Strong interpersonal, hospitality and relationship-management skills.
- Professional body language and excellent social etiquette.
- Ability to interact confidently with VIP and high-profile guests.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp Business and CRM systems.
