Trip Planner Experts Varanasi is a growing travel company specializing in Domestic & International Holiday Packages, Religious Tours, Honeymoon Packages, Group Tours, Hotel Bookings, Flight Bookings, Visa Assistance, and Transportation Services.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive who can convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries received via Phone, WhatsApp, Website, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other lead sources.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable tour packages.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize booking conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners to ensure smooth bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Upsell travel insurance, sightseeing tours, activities, and premium travel services.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Request customer reviews and testimonials after successful trips.
- Stay updated with travel destinations, visa requirements, airline offers, and seasonal promotions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales, Tourism, Hospitality, or a similar sales role.




- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in travel sales are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, Email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.

Work Schedule

- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Work from Office (Varanasi)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
