DEFTeam is looking for passionate QA Automation Trainee Interns with strong fundamentals in Selenium and Java. This is a 6-month paid internship with a clear opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance(Duration of the internship can be reduced if the performance is exceptionally well).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver (Java)
- Understand and work with automation frameworks (POM, Data-Driven, Hybrid)
- Perform functional and regression testing
- Identify, report, and track defects efficiently
- Collaborate with developers and QA team members to ensure product quality
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver with Java (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of Core Java fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of TestNG / JUnit
- Understanding of automation frameworks
- Good analytical, logical thinking, and communication skills
- Solid willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- 10th & 12th: Minimum 70% or 6.5 CGPA
- Graduation & Post-Graduation: Minimum 70% or 7 CGPA
Compensation & Career GrowthInternship
- Duration: 6 Months
- Stipend: ₹25,000/month
Full-Time Opportunity
- CTC: ₹6 LPA
- Performance-based conversion (during or after internship)
- Annual salary revisions based on performance
Note: Selected candidates will be required to sign a service agreement of 42 months (including the 6-month internship period), ensuring continuity, structured learning, and long-term career growth within the organization.
