Store & Kitting Executive / Store Assistant (1 Year Experience)Job Responsibilities

· Received materials from suppliers and verified quantity, part number, and condition as per invoice/GRN.

· Prepared kitting materials for production/assembly as per BOM and daily production plan.

· Issued materials to production using issue slip / Excel tracking.

· Performed bin location management and ensured proper labelling, tagging, and housekeeping in stores.

· Updated stock entries in system for inward, outward, and kitting movement.

· Coordinated with Production, Purchase, and Quality teams for material availability and shortage issues.

· Conducted periodic stock checks and supported cycle count / physical inventory activities.

· Maintained minimum stock levels and supported store supervisor in stock planning.

· Ensured compliance with 5S, safety rules, and proper handling of materials.
