Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer relationships and database records
- Following up with customers and handling inquiries
- Maintaining CRM data accuracy and generating reports
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Supporting customer retention and engagement activities
Requirements:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
