The AC Technician is responsible for the installation, servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential, commercial, and industrial air-conditioning systems. The technician is expected to deliver high-quality service while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and test Split ACs, Window ACs, Cassette ACs, Ductable ACs, VRF/VRV systems, and Package Units.
- Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) as per AMC schedules.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in refrigeration, electrical, and control systems.
- Perform gas charging, leak detection, vacuuming, and pressure testing.
- Repair or replace compressors, motors, capacitors, contactors, thermostats, sensors, and other components.
- Attend service calls within the stipulated response time.




- Complete service reports and obtain customer signatures after every visit.
- Maintain tools, testing instruments, and company assets in positive condition.
- Ensure all safety procedures and PPE requirements are followed at site.
- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator regarding daily work allocation.
- Maintain good customer relationships through professional behaviour.
- Report spare parts requirements to the Service Manager.
- Support project installation work whenever required.
- Train helpers when assigned.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
