Job Summary

The Organic World is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail management, inventory control, team leadership, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities Store Operations

- Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and product availability.

Sales & Business Performance

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor KPIs such as sales growth, conversion, basket size, and shrinkage.
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to enhance footfall and revenue.

Team Management

- Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise store staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure optimum manpower utilization.

Inventory & Stock Management

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Reduce stock loss, wastage, and shrinkage.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock availability.

Customer Experience





- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Build robust relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Ensure a pleasant shopping experience in line with The Organic World's brand values.

Financial & Administrative Control

- Manage store expenses and optimize operational costs.
- Handle cash management, billing operations, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Prepare and present store performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail store management, preferably in grocery, supermarket, FMCG, or organic retail.
- Proven experience in managing store operations and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and MS Office.
