SRM Global Hospitals is looking for a dedicated and skilled Renal Dialysis Technician to join our Nephrology team. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating dialysis machines, monitoring patients during treatment, and ensuring quality patient care while adhering to hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and operate hemodialysis machines before each treatment.
- Assess and prepare patients for dialysis procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition during dialysis.
- Ensure proper infection control and sterilization practices.
- Maintain dialysis equipment and report any technical issues.
- Assist nephrologists and nursing staff during dialysis procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient treatment records and documentation.
- Educate patients on dialysis care and treatment guidelines.
- Follow NABH standards, hospital policies, and patient safety protocols.

Requirements

- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Dialysis Technology.
- Experience:



1–5 years of experience as a Dialysis Technician in a hospital.
- Experience in handling Hemodialysis (HD) machines is mandatory.
- Knowledge of infection control practices and emergency patient management.
- Good communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Candidate

- Hospital experience is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates residing near Chengalpattu, Tambaram, Guduvanchery, Maraimalai Nagar, or surrounding areas are preferred.
