Job Purpose: The Interior Design Coordinator will support the design and project teams by coordinating drawings, managing material samples, and streamlining communication between architects, site engineers, and vendors. This role ensures that design documentation is exact, well-organized, and seamlessly handed over for execution, making it ideal for a junior designer looking to understand the full lifecycle of real estate development.

Key Responsibilities: Design Support & Documentation: Assist in preparing and updating 2D submission drawings, working layouts, electrical/plumbing (MEP) markings, and detailed joinery details under senior guidance.

Coordination & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact to pass approved designs, revisions, and site clarifications from the design studio to the on-site execution team.

Material & Vendor Coordination: Maintain the design library. Coordinate with vendors to procure material samples, catalogs, and technical specifications (e.g., hardware, laminates, veneer, stone textures) for senior management approval.

Site Visits & Verification:



Visit active sites to take accurate as-built measurements, verify that execution aligns with the issued drawings, and document on-site challenges.

Task Tracking & Reporting: Maintain meticulous trackers for drawing release dates, client changes, and material selection approvals to ensure the project timeline stays on track.

Mood Boards & Presentations: Assist in compiling digital presentation decks, material mood boards, and lookbooks for upcoming residential or commercial projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel is essential for maintaining trackers).

Good understanding of basic architectural scaling, drawing symbols, and interior materials.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for keeping files and documentation systematic.

Proactive communication style to follow up with multiple stakeholders.

An eye for detail and design aesthetics.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
