Eligibility

- Undergraduate / Graduate (2022 Passout or Later)

- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Voice Versant Score: 60 or Above
- No UAN Required

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions over voice calls.
- Promote and upsell products/services based on customer needs.
- Deliver excellent customer service while achieving quality standards.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow process guidelines.

Skills Required

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
