About the Role

We are looking for a creative storyteller who can design, edit, and bring ideas to life through compelling visuals and videos. This role is ideal for someone who understands youth-centric content, social media trends, and can create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

* Design creatives for social media, podcasts, webinars, and marketing campaigns

* Edit videos for series like Baat Career Ki, student testimonials, reels, and promotional content

* Create short-form content (Reels/Shorts) aligned with trending formats

* Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound design to enhance engagement

* Collaborate with the content and marketing team for campaign execution

* Ensure consistency in brand identity across all creatives

* Manage multiple content pieces with quick turnaround timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in BCA / B.Sc / B.Tech or related field

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva

* Strong video editing skills (cuts, transitions, sound sync, storytelling)





* Understanding of social media formats and algorithms

* Basic motion graphics and animation knowledge

* Creative mindset with attention to detail

Who Should Apply

* Has experience in editing podcasts, interviews, or educational content

* Can think both creatively and strategically

* Is proactive, reliable, and open to feedback

Bonus Points If You Have

* Experience working with educational brands or content platforms

* Knowledge of YouTube optimization and thumbnail design

* Ability to shoot basic videos (optional but preferred)
