What You’ll Do

- Lead market development and expand our footprint across India

- Craft & execute winning sales strategies to drive revenue growth

- Own your territory P&L; and overall sales performance

- - ️ Build scalable processes and continuously raise the bar

- Identify new opportunities and convert them into business wins

- Create a culture of ownership, performance & excellence

- - Handle escalations swiftly and ensure seamless operations

What We’re Looking For





- 5-9 years of Sales / Inside Sales experience with solid revenue impact

- Proven track record in market development & business expansion

- Experience managing P&L;, sales strategy & process improvements

- - Thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments

- ️ Strong communicator, influencer & decision-maker

- Bachelor’s degree (must-have)
