Management Trainee - Commercial Projects Qualification required : B.com, M.com ( Additional qualification of finance & Management either MBA or Diploma is preferrable ) Experience : 3-5 years CTC : 3.00 to 6.00 LPA Key Responsibilities Handle Project and Revenue Budget processes with documentation. Generate and manage SAP Indents based on BOQ and Quote, Data management of project budgets against PR, PO, and payment status Cash flow preparation & management. Share weekly budget and project status updates with concerned teams. Follow up for approvals, and PO coordination. Coordinate with User Departments, Purchase, Finance, Stores, and Vendors day to day commercial activities. Manage vendor follow-up for invoicing, and payments. Verify Invoice & GRN documents with PO and PO compliances. Track pending approvals, GRNs, invoices, and payment status. Maintain proper documentation and MIS records related to Indent , PO and payments. Prepare and present monthly PPT updates for ongoing projects across group companies. Key Requirements knowledge of SAP Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, words. Valuable communication, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
