*Job Title: Accountant*

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage the school's financial records and support daily accounting operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain the general ledger.
- Record and reconcile all financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor school fee collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Ensure all expense vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents are properly filed and maintained for audit purposes.
- Maintain and administer the school's petty cash fund, ensuring proper documentation, authorization, and reconciliation.
- Prepare payroll and maintain employee salary records.
- Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
- Assist in annual budgeting and financial planning.




- Ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements.
- Maintain financial records in accordance with school policies.
- Coordinate with auditors and banks as needed.
- Support the Principal and management with financial analysis and reporting.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an educational institution.
- Robust understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
